Annual Report Reminder

New for 2025, PA Bureau of Corporations & Charitable Organizations requires PA associations to file annual reports. Below is an outline of the due dates and some helpful information on filing the annual report. The reports do not require any tax or financial calculations and many clients will be able to provide the information and file the annual report without our assistance. As always, however, we are here to help if you need assistance.

"Filing your annual report is a critical step in maintaining your business registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

You can easily file your annual report online through the Department of State's website: https://file.dos.pa.gov/

Failure to file an Annual Report will result in the administrative dissolution, termination or cancellation of the business registration and loss of name protection.
